I found your business initially in the yellow pages and one of the main that attacted me to contact you was the idea that I would be dealing with someone we could get to know and continue to work with in future years. I curently work for an environmental consultancy and are amazed at staff turnover - I have little doubt that many of these IT/Web companies would be exactly the same. You came accross as approachable and cooperative, I see from the Newcastle Infotech site that it is now a small team but it maintains the same personal feel. Some of the other Hunter based sites I looked at were big on the design factor (first page impact) but didn't have a lot of substance accompanying it. One pushed the template idea quite heavily which I notice you have incorporated templates into your general quoting info but still clearly give the impression that custom made solutions can be easily incorporated and the template/packages are a starting point.

Jeremy Dawes has been actively involved in all our computer and internet needs for a period of more than 3 years. When we contacted him initially we were impressed with his professional approach and understanding of what was required.
We have never been disappointed with his service. He has been reliable and helpful whatever & whenever problems arose. One episode that comes to mind is when we needed to urgently send an extremely large file to an advertiser. It would not send, even after numerous & varied attempts. We phoned Jeremy’s mobile, and he was on the train back from Sydney, but he was able to talk us through the issues and instruct us over the phone as to how to manage a reduction of file size to successfully complete the mission. We were very proud of actually being able to accomplish the job immediately; but more so that Jeremy was available & able to assist, with minimum bother. Assistance by phone or email is second nature to him, and response is prompt.
Jeremy set up our website and still continues to manage it for us, making changes as necessary to keep it up to date. We have been very happy with his work skills & personal attitude and approach. He seems to be switched on to current trends & can adapt to what suits our business best. The personal input is priceless.
Our colour brochure is a great credit to his work. Jeremy organised the whole project, from personally doing our product digital photography, design & layout and then able to set it up & instruct us on how to customise the brochure to suit different clients & sales agents, as necessary. This has been an excellent idea and works well.
Some staff training in different aspects of computer work & programs has also been a big help to us & our business running smoothly. Jeremy has attended to database failures with ease, when we have not known where to turn. Another crisis averted!!
In summary, we could whole heartedly recommend Jeremy Dawes and his business, Newcastle Infotech, to any prospective client or organisation; knowing full well the needs would be met, and the work would be of a consistently high standard.

Dear Jeremy Just wanted to let you know I am very happy with the changes Jordan made to our brochure last week. I always try to improve on the last effort, when I'm organising printed material; and am thrilled with how it looks now.
